Employment One of the main ingredients for curbing social disorder in our society is employment. People are now entirely dependent on social grants, which continue to be unsustainable. To restore the dignity of our own people, we must ensure that our people have sustainable incomes. What the unemployed generally want the most is the chance to work, earn income, and start taking care of themselves and their families. The country must build self-reliant citizens. We must help our people get back to work through business-friendly policies and not hinder their upward mobility through government policies of dependency on the government. At a planned economic growth rate of 8% per year, the SARA government will be able to create an additional 800,000 jobs per year. This will enable the achievement of our mission to half the unemployment rate by 2029. Accountable Leadership 30 years into the new democratic dispensation, South Africa has now produced a society that is full of mistrust and polarised by the divisive policies of the ruling party. A nation without an identity. It is unclear to the majority of people as to what it means to be a South African. What is our moral compass? What are our core beliefs as a nation? Our secular constitution has also not helped in building a patriotic nation with shared values and principles. We have to build a national identity and also build our people to be competitive in the global arena. This country must be known by the type of people that it produces—a confident and cosmopolitan society with moral clarity and ethics. The attainment of this hinges on the competency of the public service, the moral clarity of those we put in positions of leadership, and the centre that is holding and is decisive. We will introduce godly principles to this nation.

Command & Control • Restore social order and control of the country. • Declaration of the South African national service day. All the citizens will go out onto the streets to clean the country, collect litter. • Restore policing, moral order and accountability in the justice system. • Instill good governance in all the three spheres of government.

Cost of Living • Implement the basic income grant. • Increase the income and social security grants for all the deserving recipients. • Introduce the special grants for unemployed single men headed families. • Compensate the security guards, domestic workers, gardeners a decent living wage. • Review and increase the minimum wage across the board.

Lean Government • Reduce cabinet ministries to 20 portfolios in the short term, an estimated saving of over R70bn per annum for the fiscus. • Eliminate the Deputy Minister role from the government, an additional saving of over R45bn per annum for the fiscus.

Get rid of Kakistocracy • Professionalise the public service. • Deploy men and women to public service across all racial lines who embodies competence, diligence and experience. • De-politicize public service and bring back the lost skills. • Reopen the technical colleges, training colleges and apprenticeship. • Introduce mathematics, science, technology, numeracy and literacy at the foundation stage of learning.
